Pierre Schweitzer 0daa5547d9 [FASTFAT_NEW] Import again FastFAT from MS. This time from GitHub for license reasons. 
This implies that a sample for W10.
It has been backported to NT5.2; not sure how it would work on a W2K3 (feel free to test!)
