Colin Finck eb2bd45e2a Change the file names of the Catalan resource files from "ca-CA" to "ca-ES". Thanks to Marc Piulachs for noticing this.

Also fixed the sublang in the catalan "msconfig" resource file (thx to EmuandCo :-P)
