James Tabor cfae2a0eeb - Removed NtGdiPoly/Polygon from source, w32ksvc.db and updated ntgdibad.h. 
- Renamed the Nt function to GdiCreatePolyPolygonRgn, it is not safe so it will not be named to IntGdiXxX.
