Make shell32:ShellHook testcase stable and trustworthy.
JIRA issue: ROSTESTS-389
- Use real shell hook.
- Delete HSHELL_RUDEAPPACTIVATED tests.
- Add HSHELL_WINDOWDESTROYED tests.
