Changes for compiling with w32api/Wine

	* include/basetsd.h: #include_next <basetsd.h>. Add definitions missing
	in w32api.
	* include/mmddk.h: #include_next <mmddk.h>. Add definitions missing in
	w32api.
	* include/wine/winternl.h (DbgPrint): Use ReactOS prototype to avoid
	conflicts.
