Royce Mitchell III 0fe4682b80 completely rewritten PagedPool.

- more than 800% faster
- support for multiple pools (SpecialPool, etc anyone?)
- can be used for NPool if wanted, too
- tries not to immediately reallocate a block that's just freed for allocations of <= 512 (helps find memory abusers)
