ObGetObjectType is used to return the address of a OBJECT_TYPE from an individual body object. For now this is simply a mere stub, as the goal is to have it declared in the NDK header so it can be used by KMTESTs (by which I mean this patch is necessary for the #9538 PR for development to continue).
More info about this you can find it at https://ntamonsec.blogspot.com/2020/05/journey-into-object-manager-executive.html.
Idea suggested by Thomas Faber.
SourceForge randomly fails to serve mingw-w64-v6.0.0.tar.bz2, or just
returns a mirror page instead of the archive, while wget still
succeeds. So RosBE build aborts, and build_rosbe_ci.sh
does not forward the error, so the "Compile RosBE" step falsely passes
and the job fails later with confusing errors.
- Add a SourceForge fallback (alongside the existing fallback for
"GNU file server" in build.yml).
The downloaded archive is then also checked.
- Add a check to ensure that RosBE-CI/RosBE.sh exists after
build_rosbe_ci.sh runs.

- Base the address toolbar and edit window heights on the actual "Go" button
height + small amount of border. This also removing hardcoded sizes.
- Remove the toolbar upper horizontal divider and specify the necessary
`CCS_*` flags.
Instead of adding the address edit control and the "Go" button directly
to the window, we can create a toolbar with the edit control and the
"Go" button as its children.
This enables us to use TBBUTTON and keep the layout logic simple.
- Adds a text label to address bar's "Go" button, including translations.
- Replace Arrow icon with Tango's start-here.
The ugly arrow icon is now replaced with an icon consistent with browseui.
* [NTDLL][KERNEL32][SUBSYSTEMS][NTOS][SDK] Fix usages of the following NT5

Use the proper dll entrypoint to prevent applications from crashing when they use dwrite. Use msvcrt instead of ucrtbase to fix build after enabling the entrypoint as ucrtbase appears to have a different default entrypoint which causes a build error.
The init_script_cache tried to multi-thread-aware but it failed. It used to
iterate over a global variable while the variable could be overwritten by
another thread running concurrently. This commit makes init_script_cache to
cache the global variable using a local variable and iterate over that.

The 101 keyboard is a retro Japanese
keyboard that has limited functionality
(typing kana with kana mode) and is
also called "English" keyboard in Japan.
JIRA issue: CORE-20563
- Add kbd101 into dll/keyboard.
What it says, grabs information from ACPI. Preps the Resizable bar support. More foundation for later enumeration fixes. So we dont have to rewrite it later for adding support for this.
* [PCIX] Offer resizable BARs at the largest size the machine can place
* [PCIX] Record the hot plug parameters the firmware reports through _HPP
* [PCIX] Apply the firmware hot plug parameters to a hot plugged device
* [PCIX] Read the root bus _OSC result from the ACPI bus interface
Follow-up of #9601. Implement Japanese (JIS 106)
keyboard layout correctly. JIS 106 keyboard is the
current standard Japanese keyboard.
Windows kbdjpn.dll's processing is distributed to
kbd106.dll and kbdnec.dll, depending on registry.
Currently, our kbdjpn.dll is working like kbd106.dll.

In the RSAENH_CPDuplicateKey function, wine does not properly use symcrypt's functions to copy structures which results in a crash when running the rsaenh winetest. Disable magic value checking for now.
Disable pointer alignment check. This fails on GCC and I am not sure why
