fix: 修复.github/README.md的markdownlint格式问题

- 移除内联HTML元素，使用标准markdown格式
- 修复强调文本作为标题的问题，改为正确的标题格式
- 修复标题周围的空白行问题
- 修复列表周围的空白行问题
- 修复裸露URL，改为markdown链接格式
- 移除HTML图片标签，使用标准markdown图片语法
