* [Feature] Add 'mcp_server' extention

* [Feature] Refactor of MCP server to FastMCP 2.0

- Also moves settings into the extention
- Refactors the management tool
- Add tool registry
- Use Argpars

* Enable all tools by default, fix linting and type issues

* Fix mcp CORS settings

* Fix linter errors

* Refactored load_settings_from_env + linting fix

* fix stdio transport, add lock file
