Hunter B 3714b8a425 fix(web): enforce source-backed public facts ...

Align English and Chinese public copy with the canonical tools, permission labels, privacy boundary, candidate/release split, roadmap state, and install channels. Expand the machine-readable matrix and drift tests, add verifiable FAQ source links, and cover canonical/hreflang/Open Graph/Twitter metadata on previously incomplete routes.
