NLPM 审计建议 >=18，但 2026-04-28 当下 Node 18 已于 2025-04 EOL， 20 是当前刚进入 maintenance 的 LTS（22/24 为 active），一次到位避免反复 bump。 bin/superpowers-zh.js 仅用 ESM + 标准 fs/path/url，对运行版本无新增要求； 此改动为声明式安全护栏，阻止安装到已知有 CVE 的 EOL 运行时。 Closes #13 (security item only). Refs #12.
