* Refactor the import foreign schema dialog to forbid protected and exposed schemas.

* Add the type to the protected schema.

* Revert ImportForeignSchemaDialog, it'll be addressed in another PR.

* Update apps/studio/hooks/useProtectedSchemas.ts
