Charis	30673a3644	ci(studio): use app token for ratchet decrease workflow (#41799) ... We're using the default GITHUB_TOKEN to create the ratchet baseline decrease PR. By default, this does not auto-run the PR checks to prevent infinite loops. Switching to a GitHub App token instead so the PR checks will auto-run.	2026-01-08 12:43:26 -05:00
