* fix(rio): isolate internode streams with pooled HTTP/1.1 Default the internode HTTP data plane to reusable HTTP/1.1 connections so paused shard bodies cannot consume shared HTTP/2 receive credit. Retain explicit auto negotiation and the existing TLS, pooling, and recovery paths. Refs rustfs/rustfs#8843 and rustfs/backlog#2934.
