William Kent b6c71dec13 [FONTS] Substitute Source Sans Pro for Segoe UI (#9480) ...

I have tested this manually on Windows 10 and have found that, while the two fonts are not strictly metric-compatible, Source Sans Pro is "close enough" to Segoe UI that it doesn't wreck manual pixel-based control layouts.

In fact, Source Sans Pro is a tiny bit smaller than Segoe UI at 9pt (which is the minimum size recommended for use with Segoe UI).
