- Add write support for UTF-8 without BOM.
- Add "UTF-8 with BOM" encoding to the "Save As" dialog.
- Show line endings and encoding on the status bar (like Notepad in Windows 10).
- Remove ignored WS_EX_STATICEDGE

- Add grip to the status window.
