Serge Gautherie 5ae1c72395 [NDIS] NDIS_TAG: Fix definition and usages (#8243) ...

- Let it be `"NDIS"`, instead of variations of `"SIMN"`.
- Use matching `ExFreePoolWithTag()`.
- Remove a redundant `KeyInformation = NULL;`.
