Alex Mendoza 4078d8c52a [SETUP:REACTOS] Translate some newly-added strings (#9380) ...

Suggested by (and adapted from) Swyter.

Translate the `IDD_FINISHPAGE` and `IDD_ABORTPAGE` pages,
the `IDS_FINISH_NO_REBOOT` and `IDS_ABORT_NO_REBOOT` labels,
the Reboot / Restart button labels, and some more strings.

Follow up to commit 10f8e6e9b7 (PR #8978).
