435a566751 SmartPDF - lightweight pdf viewer app for rosapps 
* sumatrapdf - vendor import
* everything compiles (libjpeg, poppler, fitz, sumatrapdf)
* does NOT link

(remove the comment tags in the parent directory.rbuild file (rosapps dir) to build it)
