b8525ce7a5 [MOUNTMGR] Fix ReparseFile concatenation in OnlineMountedVolumes 
- ReparseFile was concatenated with itself, instead of ReparseIndex
- Meanwhile, use RtlAppendUnicodeStringToString for concatenating
  strings instead of raw memory operations
