c25e4fd7de [SHELL32] Fix RegenerateUserEnvironment (#8542) 
This makes RegenerateUserEnvironment behaviour match Wine & Windows by:

 -   fixing handle and environment block leaks
 -   preserving special = environment variables
 -   using correct token access rights
 -   avoiding early return resource leaks
 -   deleting keys that are deleted

d942fd5a1f [GFLAGS] Close registry keys with RegCloseKey (#9667) 
The HKEY handles opened by RegOpenKeyEx/RegCreateKeyEx in gflags.c and
imagefile.c were closed with CloseHandle() instead of RegCloseKey().
pageheap.c in the same directory already does it the right way, so this
makes the whole directory consistent.

103dfc0287 [COMCTL32_APITEST] TestButtonSpacing(): Improve TB_GETMETRICS and TB_SETMETRICS tests (#9642) 
CORE-9332

The new tests verify that:
- `TB_GETMETRICS` without a valid structure doesn't return anything;
- `TB_SETMETRICS` without a valid structure doesn't change the metrics;
- `TB_SETMETRICS` with a valid structure correctly changes the metrics,
  and a subsequent `TB_GETMETRICS` call correctly retrieves the values.

Complements the tests added in commit 6aa52a76c8 (r75462).
