aba47033dd [EXPLORER] Implement volume button controls (#8577) 
This provides a more convenient way to adjust system volume: through media buttons!
Handles `APPCOMMAND_VOLUME_MUTE`, `APPCOMMAND_VOLUME_UP`,
and `APPCOMMAND_VOLUME_DOWN` notifications.
