Subject: [PATCH] - Use unicode="yes", so a Unicode entry point can be used.
 This fixes the last linking issue and this way we also don't need the other
 UNICODE defines - Add smartpdf to the "directory.rbuild" of rosapps (but
 commented out, as I'm not sure if it builds well for everyone now)
