Subject: [PATCH] Fix README: remove misleading descriptions

- License badge: MIT → Open Core (accurate)
- Remove "open source" wording from security section (not open source)
- Remove duplicate OpenRouter entry in provider table
- Add Windows PowerShell examples alongside macOS commands
- 80% of users are on Windows
