Add the AxisNow sponsor logo and description to the English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese READMEs, placed at the top of the Sponsor section. The official logo is white on a transparent background, which is invisible on GitHub's light theme, so the committed asset places it on a black rounded plaque that reads correctly in both themes.
