0xJacky ed57277acb docs: add AtomGit G-Star identifier and documentation badge to README

Add the official AtomGit logo and a 'hosted on AtomGit / G-Star program'
identifier next to the existing star widget to satisfy the G-Star
certification exposure requirement, plus a Documentation badge linking
to nginxui.com.
