Run real HTTP-01 issuance against Pebble with the official image: the HTTPS card in the wizard, challenge routes from includes and localhost upstreams, renewal through an HTTP to HTTPS redirect, wrong or dead DNS, the reload race, and the HTTPS orchestrator including existing certificates.
