* Remove stale compile feature CI legs * style: cargo fmt import ordering after feature removals (#6308) Removing the libsql feature gates left a few import blocks unsorted; cargo fmt only — no behavior change. * Collapse stress tool backend features * Fix Reborn coverage libsql feature selection * fix(harness): drop stale libsql/postgres feature selectors on de-featured deps (#6308 IronLoop) This PR removed the `libsql`/`postgres` features from `ironclaw_filesystem`, `ironclaw_reborn_event_store`, and `ironclaw_triggers` (those backends are now unconditional), but `harness/latency/runner/Cargo.toml` still requested them, so `harness/latency/score.sh` failed cargo feature resolution before the latency runner could build. Remove the now-nonexistent feature lists from those three deps; keep them on `ironclaw_host_runtime` and `ironclaw_reborn_composition`, which still define `libsql`/`postgres`. Verified `cargo metadata --manifest-path harness/latency/runner/Cargo.toml` resolves.
