* feat(telegram): support auto split large message

* fix(telegram): strengthen split_message test assertion

Replace word-by-word contains check with assert_eq! on rejoined chunks,
ensuring split_message preserves content exactly.

send_response is still used (lines 745, 753) so it is intentionally kept.
