This-null 1d9e252562 Add automatic updates and clickable Discord links, bump to 1.3.0 
- PC: download and install new versions in the background, then restart
- PC: hold the install while a stream is live, apply it on exit instead
- PC: update progress states in all 10 languages
- Discord: clickable cover image plus GitHub and Download buttons
