- replace automatic SIM swap with manual activation process
- add eSIM information display with activation code and SSN
- include step-by-step manual activation guide and confirmation button
- update README and documentation to reflect new activation method
- add service time warning for Giffgaff's maintenance window
- remove outdated deployment options and simplify usage instructions
