leda beb45454ad support parse waitForConnect and debugPort from simulator/config.json (#1521)
* revert v8 debugger ip to 0.0.0.0 for simulator

* parse isWaitForConnect and debug port from config.json

* remove macro useless, since we parse the options from config.json
