YeonGyu-Kim cd83c0ff68 fix(cli): detect OPENAI_BASE_URL during claw login and emit clear error ...

OAuth 401 was confusing. Now detects custom base URL and suggests
ANTHROPIC_API_KEY instead of OAuth login.
