SmileQWQ a5afbe2a3c feat: adjust actual payments for single and batch renewals ...

- confirm single and quick renewals with editable actual amounts and currencies, including zero-value payments

- let batch renewals use individual listed prices by default and submit only explicitly adjusted entries

- unify dashboard, calendar and management renewal dialogs without combining currencies or allocating discounts

- retain only failed subscriptions for retries and prevent successful payments from repeating after refresh failures

- validate override IDs and amounts and cover cancellation, mixed currencies, zero values and mobile interactions

- validate the isolated commit state with type checks and 879 passing tests
