- 将 lite 的运行时文案接入 shared i18n，覆盖 API 错误、设置校验，以及导入、通知、AI 等主要链路。
- 清理前端页面、工具函数和批量操作中的硬编码文案与语言耦合判断，保证切换语言后界面和行为一致。

- Move lite runtime copy into shared i18n across API errors, settings validation, and the import, notification, and AI flows.
- Remove hard-coded copy and locale-coupled logic from pages, utilities, and batch actions so language switches stay consistent.
