3kaiu 28cf7e06c5 feat: add native Claude Code support with agentskills.io standard ...

- Add user-invocable, compatibility, allowed-tools, metadata to SKILL.md frontmatter
- Replace all relative script paths with ${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/... for portability
- Add .claude-plugin/plugin.json for marketplace distribution
- Add skills/ symlink for standard plugin directory layout
- Retain OpenAI agents config for cross-platform compatibility
