CodeWhale Bot 585cf8b133 docs: sync the nine README translations with the fan-out clip and map new contributor identities ...

README.md replaced the star-history chart with assets/fanout.gif; carry the
same one-line change (with localized alt text) into all nine translated
READMEs and restamp them to sha256:3adc6177fbcf so
scripts/check-readme-translations.py passes again.

Add wuisabel-gif, redstar (Kai Nacke), and the Shizuku/qq.com identity of
SparkofSpike to .github/AUTHOR_MAP so harvested credit for #5419, #5422,
and #5423 resolves to canonical GitHub noreply addresses.
