Record that scripts/dev-test.sh now activates the measured isolated
build-dir topology (compile-time), uses nextest for the run stage when
installed (test-runtime), and maps every workspace crate (ergonomics).
Replace the shared CARGO_TARGET_DIR default advice with the helper:
one global target remains valid only for serialized trunk work.
CI Version-drift now runs the hermetic script self-checks.
