Luis Pater a8ffd5a843 fix(codex): skip tool parameter integer normalization for codex executor targets 
- Skip normalizing tool parameter number types to integer when the target executor is Codex or Codex WebSocket
- Remove tool integer type normalization from schema cleanup in native Codex execution paths to preserve reserved tool schemas
- Apply tool integer type normalization only for non-Codex upstream targets with Codex client User-Agents
