Luis Pater 45ccd9c39d fix(openai): preserve model prefix when routing xAI image requests ...

- Pass the client-requested model into xAI image generation and edit handlers and resolve the routing model from registered xAI models instead of re-reading the stripped canonical model from the upstream request payload.
- Allow custom xAI credential prefixes in xAI image model validation while preserving built-in prefix fallback when force-model-prefix is disabled.
