sususu e198f3cd4c fix(usage): parse flat reasoning_tokens dialect in OpenAI-compat usage (SGLang) ...

SGLang's OpenAI-compatible server emits reasoning tokens flat on the
usage object instead of nesting them in completion_tokens_details /
output_tokens_details, so the keeper recorded reasoning_tokens=0 for
affected upstreams. Add a third fallback plus bucket detection for the
flat key; regression included.
