Luis Pater df07b1e598 fix(claude): drop empty text blocks and skip them during cache_control injection ...

- Filter out empty and whitespace-only text parts in OpenAI Responses and Chat Completions to Claude request translators while preserving preceding block cache_control ordering.
- Ensure automatic and message-level cache_control injection skips empty or whitespace-only text blocks and stamps the last eligible non-empty block.
