- Track terminal response IDs per connection to idempotently handle late interrupts targeting completed turns
- Prevent late interrupts from contaminating subsequent requests or returning false errors on idle retained connections
- Add thread-safe diagnostic logging of sanitized interrupt outcomes in the Responses websocket handler
