- Accept optional metadata parameters in SDK and internal plugin host `StartLogin` methods. - Clone and pass metadata to the auth provider's `AuthLoginStartRequest`. - Convert management auth URL query parameters into metadata before initiating plugin login flows. Closes: #5760
