Luis Pater bb2d8f82bc fix(auth): resolve relative SIWC binding paths against working directory ...

- Resolve relative path and source attributes against the current working directory in codexBindingPath instead of re-joining them with auth-dir, keeping the auth-dir join only for bare FileName fallbacks.
- Normalize relative auth-dir and credential paths to absolute paths before symlink evaluation in codexBindingPath and resolveSIWCBindFile so confinement checks remain consistent when working directory ancestors contain symlinks.
