- Introduce `sdk/httptransport` package with `Decorator`, `WithDecorator`, `WithoutDecorator`, `InheritDecorator`, and `Decorate` functions.
- Propagate transport decorators from incoming HTTP request contexts in `BaseAPIHandler.GetContextWithCancel`.
- Apply transport decoration after client transport selection across proxy-aware, Devin, uTLS, and Antigravity HTTP clients.
