Luis Pater 154d5144fd fix(util): strip readOnly and writeOnly keywords in Gemini schema cleaners ...

- Add readOnly and writeOnly to removeUnsupportedKeywords so Gemini and Antigravity schema cleaners strip unsupported JSON Schema access annotations while preserving legitimate properties with the same names.
- Add regression tests verifying that all six Gemini and Antigravity schema cleaners remove readOnly and writeOnly across root, nested object, array item, and union schemas while retaining same-named properties.
