- Remove unmaintained go-cross/cgo-actions@v1 which hardcoded a 404 URL for FreeBSD 14.3-RELEASE
- Download base.txz directly with automatic mirror and archive fallback (download.freebsd.org -> archive.freebsd.org)
- Cross-compile with clang and lld directly in bash step
