Luis Pater 81573f0429 fix(server): prevent data races during concurrent config access and reloads ...

- Access configuration safely via getters across server routes, middleware, and service routines.
- Clone configuration snapshots for runtime and synchronize access in management handlers.
- Guard configuration YAML snapshots with mutex locks during reloads.
