- Add support for handling multiple auth records from a single file.
- Preserve plugin-disabled states and prioritize existing auth states when updating.
- Unregister stale auths and associated models to maintain consistency.
- Introduce dynamic auth ID assignment and file-based deduplication for better reliability.
- Improve metadata normalization, priority handling, and file path matching.
